NEWS RELEASE
Melrose area motorists are advised that construction on County Road 169 north of Melrose between County Road 13 and County Road 168 will begin on Monday, July 6. This work is anticipated to last thru September. The work involves bridge removal, culvert replacements, road reconstruction, paving, and turf establishment. A detour will be posted. The contractor for this project is Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. from Hanover, Minnesota. Motorists are strongly urged to find alternate routes to minimize delays. Dates and timeframes are weather dependent.
Questions or concerns may be directed to the Stearns County Highway Department.
